From the Friends
The Friends had a successful Annual Meeting on Sunday, April 29, 2001.  The following officers were elected to serve during 2001-2002:

The Used Book Sale was so successful that it was extended an extra week.  Proceeds from the sale of used books

and library tote bags totaled $1257.35.   Tote bags are still available at the library for $5.00.  They are wonderfully practical and make a great small gift, too!

  • Circulation per capita: 3.91 (13th in the state)

  • Volumes per capita: 3.34 (4th in the state)

  • % of population registered borrowers: 56.17% (13th in the state)

  • Annual public service hours: 4,404 (33rd in the state)
